One of my passions is Saluting Branches- an organization where arborists, those passionate about trees/the outdoors, and veterans' team up to accomplish tree care for veteran related infrastructure. These sites include military cemeteries, veteran assistance facilities, and VA facilities. I am currently the site leader for the Raleigh National Cemetery. One aspect of this position is to map all of the trees within the cemetery, as seen in the image on the left.
